Do the work.
Get the credit.
Neon Link hires experienced remote professionals to work with US businesses, and gives them the structure and career path good people deserve. We back each other up and push each other to grow. We are small enough that your work is actually seen, and when you win, you get the credit. Every role shows its pay range, and a person reads every application.

Four things we hold ourselves to.
Every role shows its pay range. Where you land in it depends on experience, and it's reviewed on performance.
Set up properly, supported by a manager who answers, and never left alone with a client problem.
Work from where you live. No return-to-office surprise is coming.
Specialists become leads. Leads become managers. The founder started on the frontline, so this is not a poster on a wall.
Four steps, no maze.
Your resume, a few questions about the role and a short voice introduction you record in the browser. No account, no cover letter.
Every application gets human eyes, not a keyword filter. Careful readers get noticed.
If there's a fit, you talk with the people you'd actually work with. No panel maze.
A clear offer, then proper onboarding: tools, training, and a manager who answers.

What people ask before they apply.
How do I apply for a job at Neon Link?
Open the role and fill in the form at the bottom of the posting: your details, your resume (PDF or Word .docx), a few questions about the role, your expected monthly pay and a short voice introduction you record in the browser or upload. There is no account to create and no cover letter. It takes about ten minutes, and a person reads every application.
Are Neon Link jobs remote?
Yes. Every role is remote: you work from home in the country the posting names (Philippines, India and Pakistan today). Roles marked Anywhere are open to applicants in any country.
How much do Neon Link jobs pay?
Every posting shows its monthly pay range before you apply. Across the roles open now: Philippines, PHP 34,000 to 130,000 a month; India, INR 25,000 to 95,000 a month; Pakistan, PKR 100,000 to 150,000 a month; open to any country, USD 1,100 to 1,500 a month. Where you land in a range depends on your experience.
What hours do the roles work?
Most client roles work the client's US business hours, Monday to Friday, which is a night shift in Asia. The AI roles are flexible, with a few hours of overlap with US business hours for calls. Each posting lists its exact schedule and holidays.
Do I need a voice introduction?
Yes. Every application includes a voice introduction of up to three minutes, recorded in the browser or uploaded as an audio file, and at least 10 seconds long. Each posting says what to cover. Every role works with a US client at some point, so we want to hear how you sound on a call.
What happens after I apply?
A person reads every application. If there is a fit, we contact you for the next steps, which each posting lists under How hiring works: usually a short skills test, an interview and a final interview with the client. You get a start date in writing before you resign from anything or give notice.
Can I apply to more than one role?
Yes. Apply to each role that fits you; one application per role is enough, and you can apply to the same role again after 90 days. We also consider every applicant for the other open roles that fit.
Does Neon Link charge any fees?
Never. We do not charge a fee to apply, test, train or start, and we never ask you to buy equipment to get hired. We only contact applicants from email addresses on the neonlink.ai domain.
