The role

Neon Link places remote professionals full time with US small and mid-size businesses across admin, client success, sales, bookkeeping, marketing and operations, and new roles open regularly. We read every general application, and when a client needs what you do, we reach out. Most placements work US business hours, which is a night shift in Asia, from home, as part of a client's team with Neon Link behind you.

What you bring

  • Clear written and spoken English
  • Able to work US business hours in most placements, which is a night shift in the Philippines, India and Pakistan
  • Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and pass a background check before you start
Nice to have
  • Experience working with a US or other international client

Work setup

  • Your own computer that runs a client's tools: an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 class processor and 8 GB of RAM or more, on Windows 10 or 11 or macOS, plus a webcam and a noise canceling headset
  • Fiber or wired internet of at least 25 Mbps, with a backup connection
  • Backup power, such as a UPS, generator or inverter, so an outage doesn't end your shift
  • A quiet, private workspace
  • Tell us your city, your province or state and your country when you apply; we hire across regions, so one storm or outage doesn't hit everyone at once
